First Birthday Cookies

In Korea 1st birthdays are a big deal. It is the only time a birthday is really celebrated. It was recently my friends son's (Lee Tae-Gyum) birthday. I made him some cookies for the celebration. The cookies say the birthday boys name ^^

  1. That Cookie Tower looks stunning...like it should be in Bon Appetit magazine photo shoot! How did it taste? And how long did that sucker take to make?

I am partial to pretty hearts so the heart cookies look especially good to me. Now I have Snickerdoodles and iced cookies to look forward to when you guys are back in MN. Yum.
    Love, Julie

  2. Thanks Julie,
The cookie tower tasted quite good, if I do say so myself. It took about 2 days to make, one day for the cookies and ice them, and one day to dry the icing and stack them.
I can't wait to make lots of cookies in MN. I am looking forward to having a big oven. ^^
